  • Sessions are between 45-55 minutes.
    Weekly sessions are recommended, especially in the beginning.

  • In-Network Insurance (Through Alma Only for Individual Sessions)

    ✔ Aetna (most, but not all, plans)
    ✔ Optum (includes UnitedHealthcare, United Oxford, Oscar)
    ✔ Lyra & Modern Health (mental health platforms for both individual and couples therapy).

    Couples therapy is an Out of Network cost unless you are covered through Lyra or Modern Health.

  • If your insurance is out of network, I provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) after each session so you can submit it for possible reimbursement.

    Reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan. Please consult with your insurance company for any policy questions.

  • Individual Therapy: $225.00 per 50-55 minute session (Out-of-Network)

    Couples Therapy: $250.00 per 55 minute session (I accept Lyra and Modern Health. All other insurance is Out-of-Network.

    Payment is due at the time of service. I accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, HSA/FSA cards, or Venmo.

    Cancellation Policy:
    24-hour notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling to avoid a late fee.
    Late cancellation fee: $150.

    Free Consultation? Yes! I offer a 15-minute video consultation to answer any questions and make sure we’re a good fit. Consultation & intake paperwork are required before booking a full session.

Beginning January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers, including private pay mental health facilities, are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate document to patients who do not have insurance or opt to not use their insurance (self-pay). Although therapy costs and typical frequency are listed on this page, you also have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate document from your provider during your initial consultation or at any time during the course of your treatment. This document will provide an estimate of therapy costs for up to 12 months.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate you may dispute those charges with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). If you choose to use the dispute resolution process, you must start the dispute process within 120 calendar days (about 4 months) of the date on the original bill. There is a $25 fee to initiate a dispute process. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
